Player Evaluation — Key to Success
Just like when you visit a doctor, the diagnostic process is essential for understanding the exact condition. You can get opinions from friends, a team coach, or make your own assumptions, but if you want the most accurate evaluation, you need input from someone who has done it at the highest level, studied thousands of players, and understands what truly limits or advances a player’s progression.
In Calgary, I can attend games in person and evaluate the player directly. I then provide a detailed NHL-style player report that includes my conclusions and recommendations.
I explain which areas of the player’s game require improvement, adjustment, or further development. In addition to the technical and skill evaluation, I provide a complete assessment of the player’s overall game so you clearly understand his strengths, weaknesses, what needs to be added or changed, and what specific work is required to help them reach their full potential.
