In my experience, the most effective way to develop a player is through personalized, intensive training that focuses on the specific areas where improvement is needed. Targeted development work is significantly more effective than general skill sessions.
Your player gets the most out of every minute on the ice, which leads to faster and more meaningful progress. Repetition under full supervision combined with immediate correction creates an environment of complete engagement and accelerated development.
I have extensive experience working with players one-on-one. Over the years I have helped develop and improve players at every level of the game, including athletes who have gone on to play in the NHL.
In this setting I can work with one, two, or three players.
